Peace Party Vote close to Six Percent

Jim Duggan, standing in the Horsham Riverside Division of the County of West Sussex and John Morris, standing in the Guildford West Division of the County of Surrey wish to thank all those who turned out and voted for them.

They also wish to thank all their local council officials who ran the elections under much more difficult circumstances than ever before.

Jim polled 208 votes (5.75% of the 3615 votes cast in Riverside on a turnout of 39%).

John polled 140 votes (5.81% of the 2410 votes cast in the West on a turnout of 24%).
